ABOUT US

Paul L. Springer, PE, is Principal at Springer Power Consulting, a firm created to provide his expertise to the overhead transmission industry, including suppliers, utilities, engineering firms, construction organizations, and IP/Legal organizations. 

 

Paul is formerly Director of Southwire’s overhead transmission engineering department.  Prior to his move to Southwire in 2010, he was the Program Manager for Transmission Infrastructure at the National Electric Energy Testing, Research and Applications Center (NEETRAC) at the Georgia Institute of Technology.  His 17-year utility career at Georgia Power Company spanned distribution, generation, and transmission assignments.
